Q: Is Attorneys America really FREE
and WHY?
A: Yes- there are NO CHARGES and there
are NO OBLIGATIONS. Our Attorney members pay us membership/advertising
fees to earn your business. Attorneys spend thousands
of dollars per year on advertising in the yellow pages
and referral services and often don’t get the results
they are looking for. They find our service very valuable
because we only give them cases in their local area and
only their specialty type of law. Your time is not wasted
and the Attorneys time is not wasted.
Q: Am I obligated in any way even when
attorneys make me an offer?
A: ABSOLUTELY NOT. You don’t have to
accept any offers or hire any attorneys. Our attorney
members are trying to earn your business and understand
you don’t have to hire them. Even though our members are

you still have the choice to do what you want and choose

Q: Do I have to reveal my identity?
A: Attorneys America gives you the OPTION
to not disclose your identity until you have reviewed
attorney offers, researched the attorneys, and decided
to accept someone’s offer. You never have to unless you
want to. Since our Attorney Members will keep all of your
information confidential, WE DO RECOMMEND that you disclose
your identity upfront . We believe everyone will feel
more comfortable this way and it may speed up the process.
Q: Is my information actually kept
private?
A: Your information is kept private on
our SECURE SERVER. No one can access your information
or sell your information to anyone. Even if you reveal
your personal information to one of our attorney members,
your information will not be disclosed. Your private SECURITY
is a TOP PRIORITY at Attorneys America.
Q: What if I’m not sure what type of
law my issue relates to? (Civil Law, Government Law,
etc.)
A: No Problem. When posting your case,
SELECT ALL THE TYPES OF LAW that you think your case relates
to. Let our professionals sort it out to ensure the correct

Q: Do I have to post my case info or
can I search through your list of qualified attorneys?
A: Attorneys America gives you the
CHOICE to do what you want. That’s why we have both
options on our website. However, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND
that you post your case info through our Attorneys Compete
option. It’s the absolute fastest and easiest way to
get attorneys to compete for your business. And after
all, the entire process is cost free and obligation
free!
Q: What is the downside to using Attorneys
America?
A: We are still trying to figure this
one out. Since our process is QUICK, USER FRIENDLY,
FREE and CONFIDENTIAL, we would be stumped to know why
